Work With Us - OLD PAGE

Join our team

We are a new service based in Falmouth, Cornwall. We are looking for a small number of tutors and learning mentors to build a high-quality team to support students from the area by offering tuition and support to students from all key stages.

Our home tuition clients generally need support for their children to accelerate learning in specific subjects (e.g. Maths/English tuition), as well as in preparation for assessments (e.g. G.C.S.E.; S.A.T.s). Our work with schools is more for students who are not able to attend due to medical or specialist needs, so need support in keeping up with class work and work towards reintegration. Tuition/support takes place at the student's home, at school or occasionally at an alternative venue (e.g. café).

You will have the double advantage of having the flexibility of self-employment and being part of a supportive team. Simply let us know what days and times you are available, and we will match the clients. Tutoring takes place either at schools or in the child's home, and only after a comprehensive initial assessment and health and safety check, the details of which are available to you on your tutor work space. Fees are collected by Savvy and wages are paid monthly.

If you are interested, please read the details below and complete the application. Or, if you would like more information, please contact us via e-mail ([email protected]) or by phone (01326-567-444). We are always happy to have a chat.

We look forward to welcoming you to our team!
